When you buy a new Japanese car, make sure that you have test-driven it and also made sure that all specifications and features are working satisfactorily. This includes from the radio all the way to the air conditioning system of your car. You are buying a brand new car so by all means make sure that everything is good as the price set for it is concerned.

Do not get too excited when it is time for you to drive that car out. Leave some sense of making sure you are getting your money’s worth. Driving out that Japanese car and having to return it due to defects can really be annoying.

Nissan did it again as they released the all-new Frontier Navara pick-up truck. The Nissan Navara maybe your feature loaded crew cab pick up truck but under that hood is a powerful heart. This pick-truck proves that Japanese can really make trucks. The Navara has 2.5 litre common rail diesel engine that can give out  171 horsepower, other models include a 3.0 turbo diesel engine, you’ll never experience a struggling diesel engine again. You can choose between a 2WD or a 4WD and the riding comfort of this vehicle seems like you are riding in an SUV. If you want power and style, then the Navara is for you.

As far as car driving is concerned, Japanese car manufacturers cater to both automatic and manual transmission drivers as seen in the entire fleet of models that they unleash in the market once they are ready. While many want the easier to handle automatic models, stick shift cars are a preference by some because they are more gas saving and controllable.

With the rising fuel prices today, it is apparent that people are wary of having to drive cars that consume gasoline beyond their control. Apparently this may be considered a green preference but then again, people should learn to understand why both transmissions were made even before.

Nissan has unveiled a new concept based on the Murano named the EA2 and is equipped by the innovative X-by-Wire technology. This technology removes the mechanical linkage between driver and vehicle such as the brakes and steering; replacing it with electrical impulses. With this technology, designers have greater flexibility since mechanical systems can be removed. Benefits include a greater space for seating, also the increased economy and emissions because of its reduced weight advantages. The reliability of this system needs to be tested further to ensure the safety of the driver and its occupants.

We all know that if you drive a convertible you surely have a cool ride. Well, I guess for the Toyota Prius convertible we have to make an exception. Not only do we have a green vehicle, but we allow passengers to see blue, to see the blue sky. The Newport Convertible Engineering had their own rendition of the Toyota Prius in its convertible form. However, this I guess it did not please a lot of car enthusiasts. The roof torn Toyota Prius looks like Volkswagen’s Golf 1 cabrio from the 80s. Maybe the NCE did great jobs before, but with this, I’m having second thoughts.

One thing you will notice about most Japanese made cars today is that they can be transformed both internal and external to follow certain car designs offered in the market today. Not all countries have the same car specs. There will always be something that will differ from another.

Among the things that may be different include the engine specs, exterior bumpers, headlights or even the internal consoles. While they may all seem to make your car different, having them and showing them off will surely make your Japanese made car stand out above the rest.
