Last April 29 2008, the Mitsubishi Lancer 2008 edition was awarded the “2008 Coolest New Car Under $18000” by expert editors at Kelley Blue Book’s kkb.com. It’s many features, ease of handling and of course, relatively inexpensive price were hailed as a lucky break for new buyers and for those on budgets. In process of judging the cars, the Lancer scored highest in such criteria as “safety, fuel economy, interior size, comfort, technology, the vehicle’s fun-to-drive-factor, as well as the decidedly subjective “cool” factor”.
